We are seeking a TikTok Content Curator and Uploader to join our team and assist in managing our child TikTok accounts. The primary responsibility of this role is to download viral TikTok videos and carefully curate a selection of appropriate, engaging, and viral content for our child-oriented TikTok accounts. This position requires proficiency in using iPhones to create and upload content while ensuring compliance with relevant safety and content guidelines. Responsibilities:

1. Content Curation: Monitor and browse popular TikTok trends and viral videos to identify child-friendly and engaging content suitable for our target audience.
2. Video Downloading: Utilize appropriate tools and methods to download viral TikTok videos without infringing on copyright or intellectual property rights.
3. Content Moderation: Review downloaded content to ensure its appropriateness, adhering to safety and content guidelines suitable for child-oriented TikTok accounts.
4. Upload and Scheduling: Utilize iPhones and TikTok's native features to re-upload and publish curated content on child TikTok accounts, following a consistent publication schedule.
5. Engagement Analysis: Monitor the performance and engagement metrics of uploaded content using TikTok's analytics tools, making data-driven decisions on content selection and strategy adjustment.
6. Safety and Compliance: Maintain a deep understanding of TikTok's community guidelines, privacy policies, and safety measures to ensure compliance.
7. Creative Input: Contribute innovative ideas and suggestions to enhance the visual appeal and engagement of the curated content for child audiences.
8. Collaboration: Collaborate with the wider team, including content creators, designers, and social media strategists, to align content objectives with overall brand guidelines and initiatives.
9. Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest TikTok trends, challenges, and features to maximize the account's potential reach and engagement.
