Overview

We are seeking a TikTok Content Creator to join our team and create engaging and unique TikToks. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate 60 original TikTok videos per day by drawing inspiration from trending content. The content creator will be provided with five iPhones to record and post TikToks. Additionally, these TikToks will be targeted specifically to viewers in the USA, UK, and Australia and will not be visible to people in Georgia. .

Responsibilities:

1. TikTok Creation: Develop and produce 60 unique TikTok videos per day by drawing inspiration from trending TikToks while maintaining originality.
2. Content Research: Stay up-to-date with current TikTok trends, challenges, and popular content that resonates with target audiences in the USA, UK, and Australia.
3. Video Recording: Utilize the provided iPhones to record high-quality TikTok videos, ensuring optimal lighting, sound, and visual appeal.
4. Creative Editing: Edit TikTok videos using the available video editing tools on the iPhones to enhance visual appeal, add effects, and optimize user engagement.
5. Captioning and Hashtags: Create catchy and relevant captions and hashtags that align with the content and target audience to increase discoverability and reach.
6. Audience Engagement: Maintain an active presence on TikTok, respond to comments, and engage with the audience to foster a sense of community and increase follower loyalty.
7. Content Optimization: Stay informed about TikTok's algorithm updates and best practices to optimize content visibility and reach.
8. Targeted Audience: Specialize in creating content that appeals specifically to viewers in the USA, UK, and Australia, taking into account language, cultural references, and regional trends.
9. Collaboration: Collaborate with the wider team, including marketing strategists and designers, to align content objectives with overall brand guidelines and initiatives.
10. Performance Tracking: Monitor performance metrics such as views, likes, shares, and comments to evaluate the success of TikToks and make data-driven adjustments to content creation strategies.

Requirements:

1. Demonstrable experience as a TikTok content creator, showcasing an understanding of the platform and its trends.
2. Proficiency in using iPhones for recording, editing, and posting TikTok videos.
3. Strong creativity and ability to generate original content ideas inspired by trending TikToks.
4. Excellent video editing skills to create visually appealing and engaging TikTok videos.
5. Knowledge of TikTok's features, including effects, filters, and video editing tools.
6. Understanding of the target audiences in the USA, UK, and Australia and the ability to tailor content accordingly.
7. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality content consistently.
8. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet the daily content creation quota.
9. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members.
10. Familiarity with TikTok's analytics and ability to analyze performance data to optimize content strategies. Deliverables:

1. We expect to receive high-quality TikTok content from you
2. We require 40 - 60 unique TikToks to be created per day
3. We need accounts to be grown to 1000+ Followers so they have the ability to do TikTok livestreams. We will then pass the accounts to our clients to do livestreams
